The Inside Sales Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the Inside Sales team, providing coaching, managing escalations, and ensuring sales standards are met to maximize revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Inside Sales floor during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations and strong performance
Provide real-time coaching, guidance, and feedback to sales agents to improve conversion, quality, and customer experience
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer situations, pricing questions, and booking challenges
Monitor live performance metrics, call activity, and queue health to maintain service levels and revenue goals
Ensure sales processes, scripts, and quality standards are consistently followed
Make on-the-spot decisions to support agents and protect customer satisfaction
Identify revenue opportunities and coach reps on upselling, cross-selling, and closing strategies
Communicate shift performance insights, challenges, and wins to the Inside Sales Manager
Support onboarding and ongoing development of sales agents through hands-on leadership
Qualification
Required
Experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong coaching and mentoring skills to guide sales agents
Ability to make quick, informed decisions in high-pressure situations
Proven track record of driving performance and achieving sales targets
Excellent communication skills for providing feedback and handling escalations
Ownership mindset with a focus on accountability and results
