Pressco Products is a manufacturing & machining company that produces quality machined parts for the aerospace & defense industries. They are seeking an Aerospace Accounts Receivable and Support Administrator to assist customer service staff, manage invoicing and accounts receivable, and provide administrative support for the executive management team.

Responsibilities

Welcoming guests in the lobby, answering phone calls, and taking customer and vendor inquiries

Managing accounts receivable – Invoicing, payment application, collections, communication with customers, reporting, etc

Job costing posting

Labor ticket entry

Download customer purchase orders via customer portals and timely enter them in the ERP system with accuracy

Assisting with document control and filing

Assisting with Business and Human Resources tasks and projects, exercising confidentiality

Management office assistant

Other tasks as assigned

Qualification

Required

Aerospace manufacturing office experience is a plus

Professional customer service communication skills

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and critical thinking

Proficient computer skills – Windows 11, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). We will train on our computer ERP systems (Infor VISUAL). Above basic IT knowledge is a plus!

Minimum 2 + years of experience in general office accounting

Minimum 2 + years of experience in an office or administrative environment

Knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, computers, video meetings, etc.)

Excellent attendance and time management

Standing, sitting, bending for extended periods of time in an office environment

Ability to lift or carry 15-40 lbs. and organizing office space

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening. Must be fluent in English
