Responsibilities

Rotate through Susquehanna’s operations team, gaining hands-on experience across trading desks and key business areas

Take on daily responsibilities and project work that build familiarity with information flow and various business processes

Build a strong network across the firm and receive mentorship from senior professionals

Gain exposure across multiple areas within compliance in a highly collaborative environment

Interact with teams across the firm, including trading desks, technology, and operations

Learn about various aspects of U.S. and global regulations

Gain knowledge of different types of financial instruments traded by the firm, such as equities, options, futures and fixed income products

Required

Pursuing bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline preferred

Ability to start full time in August 2026

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Ability and desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future

Preferred

Prior co-op/internship/work experience in the US Capital Markets or related role preferred

Experience with VBA or SQL preferred
