Clinic is open Monday-Friday
Phone call schedule/coverage is shared by all primary care providers

Required
Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented
Eligibility to work in the United States
Must be BC/BE in Family Medicine
Licensed in the State of Oregon
