Responsibilities
Support development and review of talent agreements
Analyze and synthesize complex contractual terms
Validate budget and credit alignment with above-the-line deals
Develop and maintain comprehensive analytics and deal term databases
Research industry standards and precedent deals
Generate market insights for negotiation strategy
Evaluate opportunities for process optimization through AI integration
Monitor and analyze deal patterns across projects
Gain practical experience in entertainment law
Observe high-level deal negotiations
Develop understanding of production finance
Build cross-functional relationships
Qualification
Required
Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to 12 week internship maximum
Currently enrolled in JD and/or MBA program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2028
Preferred
Experience handling confidential information
Concentration in Data Science, Entertainment Law, Business, or related fields
Superior analytical and organizational capabilities
Excellence in written and verbal communication
Demonstrated attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Adaptability in a dynamic environment
