Marketing Specialist, Content & Experiential

The Marketing Specialist, Content & Experiential will support the Manager, Marketing & Internal Communications in creating engaging campaigns that connect with customers and reinforce the brand, leading content creation and experiential marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and merchandising teams to create cohesive campaigns that blend visual and verbal storytelling
Own the creation, editing, and distribution of written and digital content across internal and external channels, ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and alignment with campaign objectives
Support creative concepting from ideation through execution, including social, email, print, and experiential materials
Plan and execute local activations, seasonal events, and cultural-moment campaigns
Collaborate with stores, regional teams, and merchandising partners to ensure seamless execution and strong customer engagement
Partner with Media & Advertising, Merchandising, Brand, and Operations teams to align initiatives with go-to-market strategies and broader brand objectives
Oversee timelines, budgets, and vendor or partner relationships for all initiatives
Ensure programs are delivered efficiently, effectively, and with high-quality execution
Take on special projects or initiatives as needed to support the Senior Director and overall Media & Advertising strategy

Required

Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business or equivalent experience
1-2 years' experience in marketing, brand activation, or field marketing with a track record of executing multi-channel campaigns
Strong ability to connect strategy to execution, with excellent project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Collaborative mindset, building strong relationships across functions and with external partners
Results-oriented with a strong focus on measurable impact and driving business outcomes
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
Creative thinker who identifies trends and translates them into actionable, business-focused recommendations
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on executional excellence
Innovative, proactively exploring new marketing approaches and tactics
Comfortable traveling to oversee events, store activations, and partner engagements

Preferred

Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business
1-2 years' experience in marketing, brand activation, or field marketing with a track record of executing multi-channel campaigns
