Responsibilities
Be the welcoming voice (or message responder) for inbound customer contacts via phone, email, or chat
Quickly understand the customer's needs and provide basic info on payments, escrow, or loan status
Seamlessly transfer routine servicing questions to our sub-servicer partners
Identify and transfer sales opportunities—like refinance, purchase, and home equity—directly to our Loan Officers
Handle and close simpler requests on the spot for a great customer experience
Log every interaction accurately to keep everything compliant and smooth
Qualification
Required
1+ years in customer service (call center or financial services a plus)
Comfort with computers, Microsoft Office, CRM software, and phone systems
Strong listening and communication skills
Flexible availability for shifts
Works in-office, on-site with our team
Truly enjoys solving problems and making customers feel valued
Communicates clearly and empathetically, even in high-volume situations
Thrives on multitasking and staying organized under pressure
Brings a positive, team-first attitude and attention to detail
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly valued
