Responsibilities
Implement process improvements that make a real impact on efficiency and performance
Coach and collaborate with peers to strengthen team effectiveness
Gain valuable insights into McCain’s operations through plant/warehouse visits and cross-functional exposure
Develop your leadership and technical expertise through structured training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with graduation expected before the program start date in June 2026
Strong analytical ability with experience working with complex data
High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in fast-paced environments
Proven problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and solution design
Proficiency in data analysis tools, with advanced Excel skills required
Self-motivated, curious, and an independent thinker with a bias for action
Able to synthesize multiple data points and make confident decisions
Strong communicator who can explain complex insights and build relationships across teams
Organized and adaptable, with excellent planning and prioritization skills
Preferred
Prior internship or co-op experience is a plus
