Responsibilities
Conducting education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audit tools as directed by the Director of Nursing Services
Assisting with new employee hiring
Champion employee recognition and retention programs
Serving as an advocate for growth and development within the company
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license
Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence
Preferred
A passion for education, training, and employee development
The ability to lead and motivate others to follow infection prevention practices
