Responsibilities

Manage suppliers through current program execution and ongoing proposal efforts

Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk and complex build-to-print subcontracts for DOD programs

Preparation of bid packages

Analyzing and evaluating proposals

Performing price analysis

Using cost evaluations for development of pre-negotiation strategies

Leading negotiations

Subcontract/PO documentation and placement

Managing supplier performance

Invoice reconciliation and payment

Managing subcontract modifications

Oversight and coordination with Raytheon for Sustainment material lay-in

Work with the program office and other functional areas of the business as required to ensure successful negotiations and subcontract contract performance

Manage maintenance repair overhaul (MOR) suppliers, including an international supplier

Support the performance execution and Proposal activity for the Seahawk PBL

Required

Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)

Experience with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Process (LMAP)

Analytical skills for supplier proposal evaluations

Negotiations Skills including pricing, delivery and terms & conditions

Exposure to proposal activities including development of RFP packages and competitions/source-selections

Organizational skills to document procurement folders accurately and to LMAP requirements

Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment

Self-motivated, demonstrated sense of urgency and accountability, and ownership of tasks

Experience placing purchase orders through P2P system (Procure to Pay) and/or SAP

Experience expediting suppliers or vendors
