Responsibilities
Perform acceptance testing on first article PCBs, assemblies, and components in a Linux-based environment
Prepare assemblies according to established acceptance testing procedures
Support maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrading of test stations
Perform rigorous stress testing on fully built assemblies to validate components
Identify the serviceability of parts and components and appropriate tooling
Inspect First Article components and subassemblies
Read and interpret part documentation, including blueprints, drawings, schematics, etc
Prepare in-process inspection report, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Work closely with engineering and operations leadership to develop and maintain Quality Assurance and Quality Control documentation
Collaborate with the engineering and quality teams to identify, investigate, and document any inconsistent or abnormal test results
As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative
Qualification
Required
Associates in related fields or technical programs with at least 1 year of inspection/repair experience
Experience with utilizing inspection tools (i.e., multi-meters, calipers, micrometers, microscopes)
Ability to read basic schematics, specifically those related to PCBs and PWAs
Proficient with PC and familiar with MS Office
Must have excellent organizational skills, be highly attentive to details, and have the capacity to handle numerous tasks simultaneously
Excellent and effective oral and written communication
NOTE - Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts
