Director of Market Development & Recruiting
Confidential company is seeking a Director of Market Development & Recruiting to join their Global Field Operations leadership team. This role will lead the strategy and execution of recruiting new franchise leaders nationwide while ensuring alignment with the company's cultural and spiritual values.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performance recruiting and market development team
Establish annual and long-term growth targets and execution strategies
Evaluate and continuously improve recruiting processes, pipelines, and systems
Determine and manage ATS and recruiting intelligence strategies
Develop sourcing strategies and budgets aligned with future growth vision
Balance long-term candidate cultivation with near-term recruiting needs
Build referral programs and strategic partnerships for targeted sourcing
Partner with existing franchise leaders to expand markets through talent development
Lead recruiting, vetting, selection, and evaluation processes
Ensure recruiting aligns with organizational values, culture, and Christian faith standards
Oversee CRM accuracy, reporting, and pipeline transparency
Develop SOPs and provide consistent leadership accountability
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles with a strong focus on strategic planning and project management
Demonstrated success in recruiting or talent acquisition using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning
Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build lasting partnerships across diverse industries
Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools, Salesforce, and other sales or marketing software for data analysis and process optimization
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire teams, engage stakeholders, and articulate strategic visions clearly
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field; advanced certifications in sales or project management are a plus
A mature Christian faith is required. Candidates must demonstrate spiritual maturity, values-based leadership, and the ability to engage in faith-centered discernment conversations as part of the recruiting and selection process
Preferred
Experience in market development, sales strategy, or executive recruiting
Background in recruiting, career coaching, or talent development for executive leaders
Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
Executive leadership experience managing teams, budgets, and operating plans
Strong ability to assess candidates for professional, cultural, and spiritual alignment
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated mature Christian faith and ability to engage in spiritual discernment conversations across Christian traditions
Comfort engaging senior executives and conducting interviews
Proficiency with CRM systems, video conferencing, and social platforms
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Mission-driven, process-oriented leader with a bias for execution and team development
