The Regional Relationship Director is responsible for strengthening and expanding referral relationships across the region, building trust with referring providers, and driving strategic business development initiatives.

Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and grow relationships with referring physicians, optometrists, and healthcare partners
Serve as the primary liaison between the practice and the referring medical community
Plan, host, and support educational events, CE programs, dinners, and networking functions
Attend regional and national conferences, meetings, and industry events
Identify new business development opportunities and referral growth strategies
Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and leadership teams to align outreach efforts
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and physician relationships
Represent the organization professionally and consistently within the healthcare community
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
Comfortable engaging with physicians, administrators, and clinical teams
Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Chambersburg, West Virginia, and Maryland
Preferred
Ophthalmology, optometry, ASC, or broader healthcare background
Experience in physician relations, business development, healthcare marketing, or sales strongly preferred
