Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang in a production environment
Write, optimize, and debug complex MS SQL Server components, including T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions
Build and maintain integrations between internal and external systems using Golang and MS SQL
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, supporting best practices and consistent delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet quality, security, and compliance standards
Adapt to changing requirements and priorities within a regulated healthcare setting

Required

3–5 years of hands-on experience developing applications in Golang
3+ years of strong experience with MS SQL Server, including advanced T-SQL development and troubleshooting
Proven experience integrating systems and building data connections using Golang and MS SQL
Demonstrated experience guiding or leading engineering teams
Flexible, adaptive, and comfortable working in complex, regulated environments
Must be based in the U.S. This position requires U.S. work authorization; only U.S. citizens or permanent residents will be considered

Preferred

Experience with Java, particularly in enterprise or legacy systems
Exposure to AI-enabled solutions or data-driven systems
UI or frontend development experience
