Rio Hotel & Casino Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Administrative Coordinator to support sales and marketing activities within the group sales department. The role involves maintaining customer service, managing database administration, and assisting sales managers with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Maintain exceptional customer service in every interaction point

Prepare proposals, regrets, contracts, and addendums

Turnover files to services teams thoroughly and timely to ensure operational success

Plan and arrange site inspections, sales manager travel, and customer development events

Track spending and complete expense reports

Maintain clean database and log activities according to system standards

Answer phones and support customers with service requests in a timely manner

Create and update sales collateral and presentations

Run reports as requested by sales leadership

Participate in team training and growth opportunities

Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required

Minimum 2 years of hospitality sales administration experience

Strong organizational skills, solution-driven, analytical thinker

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proactive with an attention to details

Able to set priorities, work schedules, and meet department deadlines

High School Diploma or GED (required)

At least 21 years of age

Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations

Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines

Must regularly lift and/move up to 10 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
