Responsibilities
You will understand the WHY our metrics matter and identify HOW the team should best use to identify improvement opportunities and align to business initiatives
You will understand how existing work is organized, prioritized, and delivered
You will provide reporting and visualizations that manage performance indicators
You will make recommendations on actions to improve based on analysis
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights through qualitative and quantitative data
Ability to make data informed recommendations for complex problems
Proficient in SQL and understand how to query large sets of complex data
Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations
Preferred
Familiarity with data visualization applications and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Shiny)
