Responsibilities
Manage phone lines, greet visitors, and maintain a professional office environment
Coordinate client recognition milestones and assist with outreach and mailings
Schedule and support client appointments
Manage office supplies, files, mail, postage, and vendor relationships
Assist the Client Services Manager with transaction-related requests
Schedule tax client appointments and prepare necessary documents
Organize and send vouchers, manage billing, and support clients with their tax vaults
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Professional, resourceful, and proactive attitude
Superior phone and client interaction skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
Desire to serve as an ambassador for the firm in the community
Preferred
2+ years of client service or administrative experience preferred
CRM system experience a plus
Financial services or tax industry experience a plus
