They are seeking a Staff Applications Engineer responsible for defining and debugging analog and digital IC products, overseeing product development, and providing technical support for key customers.

Responsibilities
Work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to define and debug analog/digital IC products in DC/DC converters, Core power conversion, and DrMOS applications
Take ownership of assigned products, work with multiple internal teams (design, PE, TE) to drive the full development cycle from definition to production release
Provide application technical support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers
Develop application reference circuits and system level power management solutions for computing, networking, server and cloud markets
Write datasheets, application notes, design notes and papers in magazines and conferences to promote MPS products
Qualification
Required
6+ years of hand-on experience in switch mode power supplies including DC/DC, AC/DC or inverters
Fluent communication skills in English
Excellent customer communication skills
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Self-motivated
MSEE or higher required
Preferred
Previous experience with low voltage/high current multi-phase buck converter design/test/optimization for CPU/GPU power delivery applications is highly preferred
Previous experience in a power supply manufacturer or power management IC company is a plus
