Responsibilities
Participate in team projects that contribute to the improvement of the company’s business plan or process
Accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions and implement action plans
Understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective
Performing complex analyses, such as evaluating labor productivity or growth opportunities
Analyzing cost trends and resource utilization and developing performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Completion of sophomore year at a college or university and working towards a degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources, Finance or related field
Basic knowledge of MS Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Strong applied technical skills and analytical problem-solving skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Reliable transportation to and from work
