Responsibilities

Sustain effective multi-tasking in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with continual conflicting priorities
Optimize and manage calendars, meeting and travel arrangements
Interface regularly with executive level leaders and customers
Proactively partner and coordinate with Line of Business, Major Functional Organization and corporate staff
Exhibit a highly-motivated, can-do approach
Demonstrate initiative, discretion, and tact in managing email, telephone calls and other requests
Ensure all correspondence is accurate, complete and properly handled
Utilize personal computer and standard desk top software (full complement of Microsoft Office Suite) to access LM systems, compose correspondence and update spreadsheets and presentation charts
Assure administrative detail on all projects: updates and statuses delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines; handle all inquiries within capacity; provides backup materials for callbacks; fix commitments to maximize time efficiency; screen visitors to control interruptions and preserve schedules; provide meeting backup data as needed and arrange all amenities
Pursue opportunities to change or lean out processes or approaches
Determine priorities in regards to non-routine situations
Perform additional special assignments as required

Preferred

Knowledge of Lockheed Martin's organizational infrastructure, customers and culture
Experience contributing to a high output, high trust team culture
Preferred work shift 7:30 am – 5:00 pm MT
Ability to operate under pressure and maintain strong interpersonal skills
Demonstration of leadership attributes to address executive's needs, the surrounding work environment, and customer interfaces/requests
High interest in learning new tools and techniques to drive self and organization efficiency, including utilization of AI/ML tools
Able to apply a systematic approach to action items and deadlines
