Responsibilities

RF front-end design and implementation for WiFi access points
Design and optimize multi-band RF circuits across 2.4/5/6 GHz bands
Develop RF coexistence solutions for multi-radio platforms (WiFi/BT/Thread)
Perform RF simulation using tools like ADS, HFSS for matching networks and signal chain optimization
Work closely with antenna teams to ensure successful RF system integration
Create and execute RF validation test plans, including OTA, RvR, and regulatory compliance testing
Lead RF debugging efforts during development and production phases
Support RF component selection and vendor qualification
Drive system-level design reviews and technical documentation
Develop automated RF calibration and test solutions for manufacturing

Required

Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures
RF front-end design and implementation for WiFi access points
Design and optimize multi-band RF circuits across 2.4/5/6 GHz bands
Develop RF coexistence solutions for multi-radio platforms (WiFi/BT/Thread)
Perform RF simulation using tools like ADS, HFSS for matching networks and signal chain optimization
Work closely with antenna teams to ensure successful RF system integration
Create and execute RF validation test plans, including OTA, RvR, and regulatory compliance testing
Lead RF debugging efforts during development and production phases
Support RF component selection and vendor qualification

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Preferred

Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production
Experience with the project management of technical projects
