Installation Coordinator

They are seeking a detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to manage and support the installation of fireplaces, ensuring schedules are coordinated with contractors and homeowners.

Responsibilities

Coordinate fireplace installation schedules with contractors, builders, and homeowners
Work closely with our install crews and startup team to make sure jobs are well-prepped and on time
Communicate with city inspectors and assist with documentation or manufacturer clarifications
Support showroom operations once a month (evening hours)
Occasionally assist with Saturday retail hours (every other week)
Learn the technical side of fireplaces—no experience required, we’ll train you!

Qualification

Communication skillsConstruction backgroundBasic computer skillsTeamworkPositive attitude

Required

Strong communication skills and follow-through
Basic computer skills (we'll train you on the rest)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude — we work hard and have fun doing it

Preferred

Construction or trades background is helpful, but not required
