Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate effective accomplishment of change and incident management among AFIN operators
Receiving calls from AFIN operators to coordinate change process and incident resolution
Processing, reviewing, categorizing, documenting and working with stakeholders to ensure high visibility Change Requests and Incidents are approved/routed through the system in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Requires a bachelor's degree, and 2 - 4 years of related experience
IAT II = Security+, CySA+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher
ITIL v4 Foundation
Applicants must have active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Preferred
ITIL v4 Specialist – Create, Deliver, Support and/or ITIL v4 Strategist – Direct, Plan, and Improve
Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
