Responsibilities

Supervise onsite subcontractors and enforce company processes and standards

Manage projects with a strong balance of customer satisfaction and cost control

Maintain high workmanship standards aligned with plans, specifications, and company expectations

Perform accurate material take-offs and ensure proper ordering

Clearly communicate scope of work to Project Coordinators, subcontractors, and homeowners

Serve as the escalation point for installation issues and customer concerns

Diagnose and resolve problems efficiently and professionally

Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Oversee projects from implementation through completion

Allocate labor, materials, and resources effectively

Lead by example and contribute to the development of the operations team

Willingness to work 50+ hours per week

Ability to lift 75+ pounds
