They are seeking a Staff Training Facilitator responsible for organizing, coordinating, and conducting training programs for employees, along with maintaining accurate records through their learning management system.

Responsibilities

Organizing, coordinating and conducting programs covering orientation and structured learning to both new and regular employees
Maintenance and accurate record keeping of documents pertaining to the employees of Merakey and its subcontractors, if any, is also required for this position through the use of the Merakey leaning management system
Supervision is provided by the Staff Development Executive in conjunction with the designated operational leadership

Required

Experience in organizing, coordinating, and conducting training programs
Ability to maintain accurate record keeping of documents pertaining to employees
Familiarity with learning management systems
Ability to work under supervision from the Staff Development Executive and operational leadership
