Responsibilities
Engage potential and current members via phone, email, text, and chat to assist with their insurance needs
Receive new leads and manage a pipeline of both SoFi members and direct-to-consumer leads
Drive the entire lifecycle of the insurance sale from intake to quoting to fulfillment, navigating our panel of insurance providers
Assist the Business Lead of Protect with the operational build-out of SoFi Protect products and services
Identify cross-sell opportunities and help close any coverage gaps
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to help further enhance the business
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience selling Property & Casualty Insurance
Must have valid state active licenses in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven interpersonal and sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals are highly preferred
Ability to multitask and stay organized to meet deadlines on time
Ability to analyze members' needs and provide a tailored insurance solution
Self-motivated, resourceful, and flexible with the ability to take an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
Preferred
Independent agency experience working with broad range of insurance carriers
Servicing experience
