PIC is a leading digital marketing agency in Pittsburgh, seeking a dedicated and driven Digital Marketing Account Manager to join their expanding team. The role involves managing client relationships, developing and executing marketing strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients
Act as the main point of contact, aligning client business goals with our digital marketing efforts
Collaborate with in-house teams to craft and execute effective digital marketing strategies
Work closely with strategists and specialists to monitor and optimize digital campaigns, ensuring they exceed client expectations and key performance indicators
Coordinate with strategists and customer success teams to regularly update clients with detailed performance reports
Address client queries promptly, ensuring clear and transparent communication
Lead regular strategy meetings with clients and internal teams
Work alongside strategists and the business development team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts
Keep abreast of the latest in digital marketing, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to offer strategic insights to clients

Required

Strong communication and presentation skills

Background in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
