Responsibilities

Own expansion and upsell strategy for a large portfolio of existing Commercial and Mid-Market customer accounts
Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to identify growth opportunities based on customer goals, usage, and outcomes
Drive discovery conversations to understand customer needs and recommend additional products, features, or services
Build and maintain strong executive and stakeholder relationships within customer organizations
Develop and manage account expansion forecasts and pipeline within the CRM
Lead pricing, packaging, and contract expansion conversations through close
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Create and nurture customer champions who advocate for broader adoption of Motivosity solutions

Required

3+ years of experience as an Account Executive, B2B Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager
Proven success driving upsell and expansion revenue within existing customer accounts
Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
Proficiency with CRM software, account management systems, and pipeline management
Great organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple account and priorities
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Upbeat, positive, and friendly personality that energizes those around you

Preferred

BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, Economics, or related field preferred
Strong priority will be given to internal applicants
