Manager, Client Success

Responsibilities
Lead a team of Client Success Specialists passionate about maximum adoption of Oracle Health solutions and identifying/driving product usage, growth, and customer happiness
Achieving quarterly targets in terms of renewal rates to improve revenue and minimize cancellations
Developing their team and working to improve results through greater efficiency and productivity
Establish and measure group goals and team performance against specific target objectives
Create expansion sales opportunities
Interview and make hiring decisions for qualified candidates
Conduct performance reviews
Provide career development coaching
Take necessary corrective action for poor performers
Provide regular performance metrics to senior management
Drive sales performance goals and responsible for achieving quarterly targets in terms of renewal rates and new sales to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations
Improving internal processes and systems to achieve operational performance that meets or exceeds expectations
Enforcing and enabling team goals and team performance against specific target objectives
Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Proven track record of effectively leading a team of contributors
Ability to foster a positive team environment that promotes professionalism, trust, and accountability
Experience in achieving quarterly targets in terms of renewal rates to improve revenue and minimize cancellations
Experience in developing teams and improving results through greater efficiency and productivity
Ability to establish and measure group goals and team performance against specific target objectives
Experience in creating expansion sales opportunities
Ability to interview and make hiring decisions for qualified candidates
Experience in conducting performance reviews and providing career development coaching
Ability to take necessary corrective action for poor performers
Ability to provide regular performance metrics to senior management
Deep knowledge in Customer Success and cloud services
Understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with organic growth
Ability to quickly build trust and confidence with business stakeholders
Skilled in managing multiple operational initiatives through completion
Ability to support and help close complex deals
Ability to thrive in a complex environment and re-engineer business processes
Experience in driving sales performance goals
Experience in leading all aspects of customer renewal functions, initiatives, processes, and standard methodologies
Experience in leading, training, developing, and cultivating a successful team
Preferred
5+ years of dynamically increased responsibilities in customer facing sales and account management roles is desired
7 years of professional experience with at least 2 years of people management experience is preferred
Direct experience with leading sales and/or account management teams and driving organizational excellence is desired
Prior experience in renewals is helpful
