Responsibilities
You will lead single or multiple projects simultaneously, depending on size, location, and complexity
You will communicate and coordinate with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, EHS, and RQI
You will interact externally with equipment vendors, construction contractors, engineering service providers, government agencies, and co-manufacturers
You will manage small design teams of 6–8 engineering professionals (internal and consulting engineers)
You will oversee projects ranging from $100K to $2MM or larger, ensuring alignment with structured engineering workflow processes
You will ensure accurate planning, deliverables, reporting, and spending forecasts while meeting cost, schedule, and performance criteria
You will independently manage projects from development through completion and engage stakeholders to deliver business value
Qualification
Required
BS in an Engineering discipline or equivalent relevant experience
2+ years of project management experience leading projects from start to finish
Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment
Experience in project management within a manufacturing environment required; food processing or pharmaceutical experience considered
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills
