Responsibilities
Supervising your communities by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive and proactive manner
Parking enforcement
Property patrols
Minor maintenance troubleshooting to assist our residents
Documenting and writing up shift reports/daily logs for community activity, resident service, parking reports, etc
Directing and handling automobile towing situations
Acting as a liaison with city/county police, fire, and other emergency services
Handling small maintenance requests for Lewis residents, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging sinks, and other minor apartment issues
Distributing resident correspondence, newsletters, citations, or other communications after hours
Top candidates will have the ability to handle stressful situations professionally
Self-supervise, and work independently
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Previous military, public safety, law enforcement, and/or customer service management experience highly preferred
