Marketing Operations Manager (Remote, US)

They are seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to build and scale the marketing engine that supports their go-to-market strategy, ensuring measurable and efficient execution across various teams.

Responsibilities
You will own and manage the marketing technology stack, including automation, CRM integrations, attribution, and reporting systems
You will design and maintain dashboards and reporting that track funnel performance, conversion rates, spend efficiency, and ROI across programs and channels
You will partner with Demand, Digital, Product Marketing, and Business Development to ensure clean handoffs, consistent definitions, and shared performance metrics
You will manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and spend-to-plan tracking, ensuring accountability and capital efficiency
You will operationalize campaign execution, including timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination
You will support experimentation and optimization by enabling A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis
You will work closely with RevOps to align data models, lifecycle stages, and attribution logic
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth operations within a B2B SaaS environment
Hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools
Highly analytical and comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
Understanding of modern GTM motions, including PLG, SLG, and hybrid models
Experience building processes and systems in high-growth, evolving environments
