Responsibilities
Client Leadership: Act as primary point-of-contact to lead pharma/biotechnology customers through data integration projects of various size and scope
Project Management: Balance and organize priorities and responsibilities tied to concurrent projects as well as supporting existing clients
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with customers and colleagues to understand business needs and translate them into preferences for data processing configuration
Technical Implementation: Establish expertise in proprietary integration technology and processes. Develop industry and front-end product knowledge (specifically in clinical trial oversight and patient screening workflows). Own file/document transfer processes from installation through support
Product Evolution: Work hand-in-hand with the integration product team to test and maintain existing tools as well as identify new functionalities
Support & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot existing client configuration and contribute to general customer support
Documentation: Create documentation and project plans from scratch for new initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a 3.7 GPA or above
Exceptional research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, APIs, and database systems
Demonstrated project management and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail
