Titan Technologies is seeking a highly analytical and visionary Lead Enterprise Architect to guide the design, planning, and integration of next-generation IT solutions in support of a large federal enterprise within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This role is critical in aligning technology strategy with mission needs, ensuring interoperability, scalability, and security across various environments.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise architecture initiatives including target state development, roadmap planning, and architecture governance

Translate mission and business needs into secure and scalable architecture solutions across infrastructure, applications, mobility, and collaboration domains

Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical architecture diagrams, system design documents (SDDs), and enterprise architecture artifacts

Collaborate with program leadership, cybersecurity, cloud engineers, and operations teams to ensure alignment with mission priorities, technical standards, and emerging technologies

Conduct ROI analysis and lead development of business cases supporting new technology acquisition and implementation

Champion adherence to federal and organizational architecture frameworks (e.g., HLS EA, FEA, TOGAF), security policies, and engineering lifecycle practices
