Responsibilities
Oversee design timelines and coordinate tasks, acting as a lead point of contact for creative projects
Build, update, and manage websites using Wix Studio and/or WordPress, ensuring great performance and user experience
Design assets for events, webinars, digital campaigns, and promotional materials
Contribute to our internal brand identity with high-quality design work that supports business development
Create and test responsive email campaigns (using tools like Unlayer) to ensure they look great across devices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading teams, managing junior designers, or overseeing creative project workflows
Strong experience building or managing websites using Wix (Wix Studio preferred) AND/OR WordPress
A strong portfolio that showcases your design, branding, and digital asset creation skills
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
Experience designing and testing responsive emails
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects
Preferred
Familiarity with Velo by Wix
Motion design skills (e.g., After Effects)
