Responsibilities
Provide expert business process analysis, requirements analysis, business process engineering, communications, and/or training support
Analyze data, written/verbal information, and processes to assess risks and formulate recommendations that align with organizational goals
Coordinate and conduct in-depth studies on program development, assessment, and/or strategic planning
Translate and communicate complex subject matter between technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated team player who works well independently and/or in a team environment through collaboration, strong analytic and communication skills, and time management effectiveness
Knowledge in researching, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting existing or newly developed reports (data, dashboards, graphs, charts), guidelines, directives, policies, etc. to obtain accurate and relevant information

Required
Must possess a Top Secret Security Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Eligibility
Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of five (5) years of data analysis experience. A minimum of eight (8) years of specialized experience that is in or related to the line of work of the position applied for may be substituted for education
Must have five (5) years or more of Data Analytical experience in data management
Must have demonstrated experience and a high proficiency using SharePoint, Microsoft Access, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
