Responsibilities
Support EU service operations through our Luxembourg entity to ensure day-to-day GDPR-compliant infrastructure and data handling practices
Assist with post-audit operational follow-ups for QTSP-related audits, including evidence preparation, remediation tracking, and recurring action items on a daily and weekly basis
Build and operate and monitor cloud infrastructure environments used for EU services, focusing on availability, access control, logging, and incident readiness
Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams to implement and maintain audit-ready operational processes
Read and understand infrastructure and application code to support debugging, configuration validation, and operational troubleshooting (good-to-have, not core ownership)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
You are comfortable taking responsibility for operational tasks in a regulated environment and follow through without needing constant supervision
You have hands-on experience or strong foundational knowledge in cloud infrastructure, system operations, or security-related operations
You are detail-oriented and understand that compliance, audits, and day-to-day operations require consistency more than heroics
You can work asynchronously across time zones and communicate clearly with teammates from different cultural and professional backgrounds
You can communicate effectively in English for documentation and day-to-day collaboration
Preferred
Read and understand infrastructure and application code to support debugging, configuration validation, and operational troubleshooting
