Engineering Aide (Systems Engineering) Entry Level/Hourly

Responsibilities
Provide technical support to systems engineers in a variety of tasks related to system architecture, design, integration, and test
Assist with research related to vehicle configurations, organize and present results to assist with integration issue resolution
Perform schedule analysis, identify integration conflicts, prepare and present results
Prepare slide packages and/or engineering documents
Review systems engineering artifacts, assist in resolving issues related to integration and interface details
Perform a variety of other technical and organizational tasks as required
Qualification
Required
Associates degree in related discipline or equivalent experience, and/or technical training. Completed coursework towards a degree may be considered
Basic understanding of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) principles as well as the ability to interpret, generate, and present technical material and problem solve
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance - U.S. Citizenship is required
Preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment
Experience with design, manufacturing, and/or assembly of mechanical and/or electrical products
Mechanically/Electrically inclined
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
