Director of Capital Raising
GFG Holdings is a Miami-based private equity firm focused on multifamily real estate investments across high-growth U.S. markets. The Director of Capital Raising will play a key execution role within MREP’s capital formation efforts, responsible for sourcing, managing, and closing capital commitments while maintaining strong investor relationships.

Responsibilities
Source, qualify, and engage prospective Limited Partners (LPs) across institutional and private-wealth channels
Manage the full capital raising process, including outreach, investor meetings, due diligence coordination, negotiation support, and closing of capital commitments
Support preparation and refinement of investor-facing materials, including pitch decks, fund summaries, performance updates, and ongoing communications
Maintain and grow relationships with existing investors to drive repeat and follow-on commitments
Represent MREP at industry conferences, investor meetings, and roadshows
Coordinate closely with internal teams (Acquisitions, Asset Management, Finance) to ensure alignment on fund strategy, pipeline updates, and performance reporting
Monitor investor feedback, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform fundraising efforts
Ensure accurate tracking of investor interactions, pipeline activity, and fundraising progress
Qualification
Required
7–12+ years of capital raising experience within private equity real estate, with a strong preference for multifamily funds
Demonstrated experience supporting or executing capital raises for commingled funds or similar investment vehicles
Existing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and/or UHNW/HNW individuals
Solid understanding of fund structures, due diligence processes, and investor onboarding
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage sophisticated investors
Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple investor relationships simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
