Responsibilities

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Epic Cadence Analyst

Proven experience with large-scale appointment conversions involving multiple hospitals and clinics going live simultaneously

Strong expertise in Epic Prelude application (highly preferred)

Demonstrates proficiency with authorization and referrals workflows

Experience with RTE (Real-Time Eligibility) configuration and workflows (highly preferred)

Expert-level knowledge of decision trees configuration and optimization

Experience implementing and supporting online scheduling functionality

Knowledge of appointment mappings and integration with third-party scheduling systems

Experience with a wide range of scheduling specialties (dental scheduling experience with Epic Wisdom is a plus)

Available for immediate start to support knowledge transfer
