Responsibilities
Partnering with the legal team and management on our IP litigation matters
Managing a portion of our IP litigation and pre-litigation activities
Negotiating license and settlement agreements
Qualification
Required
A J.D. degree and license to practice law in California
8+ years of experience in U.S. federal IP litigation
Strong written and oral advocacy
Great judgment and case management skills
Preferred
Judicial clerkship and trial experience preferred
Technical expertise in computer hardware and software
Engineering degree or equivalent is a plus
