Responsibilities
Greets patrons who contact the department in a professional and respectful manner. Patrons may contact the department in person and by phone
Maintains various records using Microsoft Office software
General office duties include but are not limited to answering phones, logging parking tickets, filing and organizing reports
Act as a secondary dispatcher to officers using department communication radio
Qualification
Required
Ability to greet patrons in a professional and respectful manner
Experience maintaining various records using Microsoft Office software
General office duties including answering phones, logging parking tickets, filing and organizing reports
Ability to act as a secondary dispatcher to officers using department communication radio
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work an average of 35-hours/week
Ability to secure independent housing or reside within a commutable distance
