Responsibilities

Build trust, rapport, and a strong collaborative relationship with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand the deliverables, actions, and decisions for which they are accountable
Frame hard, ambiguous problems by bringing a rigorous, hypothesis-led, and data-informed approach
Be highly capable and conversant in analytics methodologies; directors must also be able to roll their sleeves up and be individual contributors, when needed
Tell compelling stories that facilitate commercial decision-making and action-taking, in both verbal and written form
Identify and pursue sources of enterprise value creation in partnership with Executive Team and operational leaders
Manage your project teams, direct reports, and the boarder strategy team in our apprenticeship model, showing up as a leader for the entire team

Required

MBA or equivalent
7 – 10+ years of prior work experience

Humility, but can 'hold the tension' on the right answer and keeping the big ideas big
A passion for managing and developing top-tier talent through coaching, feedback, and proactive opportunity creation

Preferred

Prior management consulting, investment banking, and / or Retail experience preferred
