Customer Success Manager
Terrakotta is a company seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Success Manager to support their growing team. The role involves onboarding customers, providing support, developing training materials, and contributing to marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
Onboarding and Activating Customers: Oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and effective transition for customers onto the Terrakotta platform
Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers as they use Terrakotta, resolving issues and ensuring their success with the platform
Customer Service Structuring: Develop onboarding materials, how-to guides, and other product-related content to assist customers and improve the user experience
Marketing Initiatives: Lead and contribute to specialized marketing projects that drive engagement and customer activation
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team on specific sales-related activities, assisting in closing deals by providing technical or product expertise
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience in marketing, operations, customer success, or a related field (new grads welcome!)
Strong communicator with excellent writing skills
Highly organized and reliable—able to manage multiple tasks and keep things on track
Familiarity working with Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analytics tools
Comfortable learning new tools and stepping into ambiguous situations with a positive attitude
People-oriented and excited to help others succeed
Preferred
Experience with light design tools (Canva) or marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp)
Familiarity with CRM or project management software
Interest in tech, startups, or customer experience
