Responsibilities
Own key aspects of the month end close including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations across core accounts
Support inventory accounting including reconciliations, reserves, and cost of goods sold
Assist with monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
Partner with operations and finance to improve accuracy and reporting cadence
Support audit requests and help strengthen internal controls
Identify process improvements and help build scalable accounting infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3 plus years of general accounting experience
Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or inventory driven environments
Strong understanding of GAAP and month end close
Comfortable working in ERP systems with strong Excel skills
Detail oriented, proactive, and ready to take ownership
Someone who wants visibility, responsibility, and growth
