Responsibilities

Assist with Foreign Exchange (FX) Risk Management and exposure analysis, by gathering and analyzing data for FX exposure reporting and quarterly financial disclosures
Assist in monitoring FX positions
Assist forecasting foreign currency inflows and outflows
Support weekly funding and repatriation processes and monitor adherence to target balances
Prepare and reconcile cash position reports and lead global FX trade execution
Manage global Letters of Credit and Surety Bond portfolio
Maintain banking documentation and Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs)
Coordinate with banks on service implementations and ensure integration with the Treasury Management System (TMS)
Utilize TMS and ERP systems for transaction processing and reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports for management review
Support the Global Banking function as needed, including opening and closing of international and domestic bank accounts
Other ad hoc exercises as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Banking, or Finance
Familiarity with cash management, liquidity, and payment processes
Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
