Responsibilities

Generate sales growth through virtual and digital channels
Building strong relationships with customers across academic, biotech, pharma, clinical and industrial markets
Promote and sell our comprehensive portfolio of scientific products and services
Using consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and provide optimal solutions
Develop and execute strategic sales plans
Manage customer relationships through our CRM system
Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets

Qualification

Required

B.S. Degree in the Sciences required plus 2 years of sales and/or laboratory/research experience required
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets
Strong consultative selling and relationship building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to develop and maintain deep product and technical knowledge
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective at working both independently and collaboratively
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Ability to travel 10-25% for customer meetings and internal events
Foreign language proficiency may be required for certain regions
Valid driver's license required
Must align with company values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement

Preferred

Advanced degree preferred
Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry or related scientific field
Experience with scientific products/instruments preferred but not required
