Responsibilities
Review and analyze monthly financials from global operations
Deliver insights, trends, and forecasts to senior leadership
Provide guidance on complex or non-routine accounting transactions
Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Assist in M&A deal structuring, contract reviews, and investment analysis
Partner with external auditors and internal cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
6+ years of experience, including time at a Big 4 or Mid Tier firm and at least one year in a manager role
Solid background in corporate finance and financial due diligence
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong understanding of US GAAP
Familiarity with EPM or other enterprise consolidation tools
Preferred
MBA is a plus
CPA strongly preferred
IFRS exposure is a plus
