Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and they are seeking a Quality Coordinator to ensure that products meet customer requirements. The role involves conducting inspections, creating quality documents, and supporting the management of customer complaints.

Responsibilities

Make incoming inspections and keep records (raw material or finished goods)

Create new quality and QSS documents

Approve new items or new product introductions and perform the FAI

Make the discrepant material report for manufactured or traded products in NICS, send rejection report to purchasing department in case of discrepancies on traded products, identify nonconforming products

Work with production to identify and resolve quality issues

Verify inspections completed by fellow production personnel

Provide training: acceptance/rejection criteria, released of first production pieces, in process and final inspections, measurement instruments, divulgate quality alerts, “on hold” area, or any other assigned

Support the management of customer complaints (Ex: coordinate segregations of product, if necessary, make quality alerts and provide training) and SCARs (supplier corrective action request)

Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Policies and Procedures
