Lead Financial Systems Administrator

The Lead Financial Systems Administrator will serve as an advanced technical expert responsible for the design, administration, and optimization of enterprise financial systems, driving complex initiatives that enhance financial reporting and process automation.

Automotive

Responsibilities

Oversees the administration of OneStream XF, including configuration, metadata management, security, and performance monitoring
Designs and develops advanced OneStream reports and dashboards to support Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Tax teams
Designs and leads advanced data integrations between Oracle EBS, OneStream, and reporting tools
Leads process optimization initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and implementing solutions using various technology tools
Leads training and enablement efforts for financial systems
Acts as a liaison between Finance, IT, and external vendors
Leads complex projects and provides guidance to less-experienced staff
Continuously researches and assesses emerging financial technologies, methodologies, and industry standards to identify best practices and recommend system enhancements

Required

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or management information systems required
At least 6-8 years of experience in administering finance systems such as ERP or EPM systems required
Solid understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)/Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platforms and budgeting and planning systems (i.e., OneStream, Hyperion, etc.), with working knowledge of accounting principles and/or financial modeling
Experience in facilitating and maintaining data integrations across financial systems
Skilled in leading complex projects; collaborating with finance, information technology (IT), and vendors; and presenting solutions to senior leadership
Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement automation solutions to streamline financial processes and reporting

Preferred

Master's Degree preferred
Proficiency in VBA scripting and/or C# Preferred
